North Valley College Foundation, Inc. (NVCFI) extends learning opportunities to underserved communities through educational outreach and student volunteerism. Nursing students conduct community health education, while Psychology students provide counseling, psychosocial support, and structured learning activities during community immersion. Through the Tara, Basa! program, Social Work and Psychology students also facilitate tutorials and literacy activities for children.
These initiatives promote community learning while developing students’ professional competencies, social responsibility, and commitment to service.
